Butter soften to room temperature. Cook sweet thick porridge and cool. Whisk the porridge with butter.
The resulting cream is divided into two parts. In one part add the beet juice or food coloring.
Spread on a baking tray of waffles drenched in compote
And again a layer of soaked waffles, cream again, but a different color, and the last layer of wafers, soaked with juice, and in the cold!
Cook the glaze: 150 g butter + milk 1.5 cups + sugar to taste + cocoa. Give cool slightly. Pour on top of waffles. Allow to harden.
You have to cut into the cakes! Turned out DELICIOUS, SOFT, MELTING in your mouth CAKE!
