Peanut butter cake with berry-nut stuffing
Peanut butter, whole peanuts, berries and sour custard with homemade ricotta - what could be better for a family tea party?

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Peanut oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Assorted berries

    300 g

  • Ricotta

    500 g

  • Jelly

    100 ml

Cooking

The berries are thawed, juice drained

Of juice and sugar cook a syrup

Nuts fry and clean

Syrup, butter, peanut butter, aiic and flour knead the dough with a blender.

Add berries and nuts, stir gently, put into a form and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, the readiness check skewer.

The resulting cake can not decorate (and so good, the hell?), but for conviviality, I still did the following: whipped ricotta with sugar, cut the cake lengthwise, I missed the cream, top decorated with berries and nuts, pour jelly cake. When the jelly has stiffened, decorated the sides with cream and confetti cake. And here it is, our nut and berry handsome! Help yourself!
