Very simple (in the best tradition) dish. The most difficult ingredient to buy (by the way, very inexpensive) - the udder. Takes a time (1, 5 -2 h), but by yourself:) with minimal effort. Turns out amazingly tender and flavorful, very juicy meat with a sweet opal.

  • Spices

  • Salt

Buy udder. as I corrected in the comments - better to soak overnight in cold water. this time I was soaked.

Cook for 1.5-2 hours (if you have time, can be longer) in a large amount of water, adding salt to taste and spices.
