Crumble with cherry
Crumble is a traditional English dessert. Means "to crumble", because properly cooked and looks like a crunchy crumb. Easier this fragrant cake no one, and served with ice cream or yogurt, it is definitely a memorable day out for all the family and guests are invited to a dinner party.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    250 g

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Need: brown Sugar "Mistral", cherry, butter, flour, honey, cinnamon.

To combine the sifted flour, sugar, sliced butter. Knead with a fork the dough should be sandy baby. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
