Cooking

step-0
I didn't lay out a step by step recipe of making the dough for pancakes - everyone cooks the pancakes on your favorite recipe. But if you're interested, my pancakes are: 10 tbsp flour 3 eggs 3 tbsp sugar 1 tsp flour about 1 litre of milk, maybe a little less
step-1
So, we need to bake pancakes. Of this amount goes 25-30 pieces. At Apple pie you will need about 15 pieces (depending on the size of the form in which you will make an Apple pie)
step-2
Actually - the main thing - stuffing. For the filling, peel and cut pieces of apples
step-3
In a pan melt 50 grams. butter, mound 1/2 Cup of brown sugar "Mistral" and wait, when the sugar will begin to get caramelized
step-4
At this stage, add the apples and cook them for 5 minutes
step-5
Now add the washed raisins and cinnamon, cook for another 5 minutes, remove from heat
step-6
In hot more filling and mix up a raw egg yolk. To interfere with need to intensely so that the yolk is not brewed, and evenly distributed in the stuffing
step-7
Now we'll need a cake pan. Lightly grease it with butter and vystelim her pancakes so that the edges hung
step-8
Layers begin to spread the Apple filling...
step-9
... and folded in half pancakes. Again, toppings, and pancakes - and so to the top
step-10
Close the overhanging edges of the pancakes
step-11
Put the few remaining pieces of butter, and put the pie in heated to 200 degrees oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool in the form
step-12
Then spread the Apple pie of the form on a dish
step-13
The remaining protein and beat with 1/2 Cup sugar in meringue
step-14
And decorate top of Charlotte. Instead of the meringue to decorate the top with whipped cream
