Baton-twist
A lush twist of a very "economical" test, but nevertheless very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Water

    350 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

In warm water with a whisk stir 3-4 tbsp flour, a pinch of sugar and pour the sachet of yeast "SAF-moment". Wait until "cap" (about 15 minutes)

To the remaining flour add the salt and sugar, egg and butter, add the dissolved yeast
