Description
I suggest You make an interesting biscuit. Very tasty. It takes its origins from Latin America, but is now considered a national dish in Albania. This is a biscuit covered with soft caramel and soaked in milk. Trilece name means "Three milk."

Cooking
Proteins separated from the yolks and beat with sugar.
Separately beat the egg yolks and gently dobavlaet them to the already whipped proteins. Then add flour and vanilla.
Stir until smooth. The dough will be quite dense. Spread the batter into the form lubricated with oil and bake in a preheated oven first 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Prepare the impregnation. Condensed milk, cream and milk mix.
Half of this smisi pour into form (cold), which is baked in the cake, puts back our crust and the remaining mixture pour it. Leave it to soak for 2-3 hours, periodically "utaplivaja" the cake in the milk mixture, as it POPs up. The cake should have a good soak.
Prepare the caramel (just before serving the cake). In saucepan, combine water and sugar bring to a boil and cook stirring until then, until it starts to change color (the main thing not to overdo). When it begins to foam, add the cream, stir and switch off.
Impregnated with the layer mode on arbitrary pieces, put on a plate and cover with caramel. Bon appetit!
