The family scraped away with a BANG, everyone is happy. All orange mood and biscuits! By the way, this is my first recipe on the Pillsbury, no fluff:)

Ingredients

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Melted butter

    0.5 cup

Cooking

step-0
Dissolve yeast in water and let stand 5 minutes to the reaction.
step-1
In a separate bowl with a mixer beat the eggs. Continuing to whisk on low speed, add the sugar and salt.
step-2
In a saucepan melt the butter and once it is completely melted and the foam, add the milk and immediately turn off heat. Allow the mixture to cool slightly (we don't want eggs in it are cooked!)
step-3
Add the cooled milk-butter mixture into the egg mixture. Whisk, now add the yeast and whisk again. Next, add one Cup of flour, every time carefully mixing on low speed.
step-4
After the 4th Cup of flour and beat for another 3-5 minutes, then see if there is enough flour in the dough. If the dough falls off the walls of the cookware, then enough flour. Otherwise, add more flour, but just it should not be more than five glasses! Cover the dough with cling film and leave in refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
step-5
When the dough has risen almost double of its original volume, remove it from the refrigerator and prepare the orange glaze! For this you will need sugar, melted butter, zest of the whole orange and the juice of half an orange. Melt the butter and pour it into the bowl with sugar. Add the zest and orange juice. Mix well. You should get a fairly thick frosting.
step-6
Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface. Roll out and brush with glaze, not reaching 1-2 cm to the edges of the cake. Carefully wrap the cake with the toppings to put together this roll. A brush swipe the stuck flour. Now cut the roll into 24 equal parts. It's easier to do the following: cut the roll in half, then each half in half again, and so on, until you have 24 buns!
step-7
Grease muffin tin. Place buns into shape. To accidentally spilled the frosting didn't spoil your oven, place a baking dish in parchment paper lined baking sheet. So peaceful :)Leave buns in a warm place: they must climb! When the buns will rise by half of the original volume, send in a preheated 190 degree oven and bake 15 minutes. Then immediately move them to a baking sheet to cool. Beware: the orange filling is very hot.
step-8
I made small changes and made orange frosting. So, take the powdered sugar, orange juice, zest, and oil and knead, pour. Nice capite!
