Cooking
Apples are cleaned from skin and bones.
Three on a coarse grater.
Add sugar, salt (a must!), egg, flour. Stir.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
Ready pancakes sprinkle already according to your taste: powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon. ... and just in time for the family to grab a piece of yourself)))
