Fish stuffed with rice with raisins
A light dish with a flavorful baked fish. Two recipes in one. Fish and rice with vegetables :)

Ingredients

  • Raisins

    2 handful

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Fish

Cook the rice. This rice is delicious and just as a side dish. On a heated pan pour a little vegetable oil and water. Throw the rice. Stir and cover with a lid.

Cut the onion finely

Three carrots on a fine grater.

When the rice begin to swell, add the onions. Again simmer under the lid.

Throw the carrots.

A little later the raisins. All mix well. Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with spices.

Now the fish is. Wash, remove the insides, remove the spine.

I always mixed in a bowl of salt with various spices and this mixture brush the fish inside and out.
