A light dish with a flavorful baked fish. Two recipes in one. Fish and rice with vegetables :)

Cooking
Cook the rice. This rice is delicious and just as a side dish. On a heated pan pour a little vegetable oil and water. Throw the rice. Stir and cover with a lid.
Three carrots on a fine grater.
When the rice begin to swell, add the onions. Again simmer under the lid.
A little later the raisins. All mix well. Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with spices.
Now the fish is. Wash, remove the insides, remove the spine.
I always mixed in a bowl of salt with various spices and this mixture brush the fish inside and out.
Put the ready stuffing inside fish.
And through the hole, add more rice.
Put both carcasses in the sleeve, tie. Immersed in a deep form and in the oven for 40 minutes. Savory!
