Cooking
Slices of beef rubbed with salt, pepper and chopped garlic nbsphowever.
Then pour each slice with soy sauce, I took three teaspoons. The slice of a spoon.
Our meat ready for marinating, now cover it and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
After an hour take out the beef, already pickled. Melt in a small saucepan the butter...
And put back the beef slices, put in oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes the meat is cooked...
Now proceed to the second act of our recipe: prepare the cheese batter. For this mix the egg, milk, cheese and flour, whisk until thick.
Grease the pan with butter, and I also foil lined, all the advice is very practical: the baking sheet remains clean, and does not burn anything!
Now take the already cooked meat, dip the pieces in batter and put on baking tray. Sprinkle top with herbs of Provence (of course, you can use your favorite seasonings)
The last stage of preparation: put in oven for 10-15 minutes. Oh, by the way, after baking in the oil, you have probably formed a sauce of oil to the marinade, pour it separately, it is useful to us.
So, it's been 15 minutes and our dish is ready! Flavorful meat in soy marinade and cheese batter. At the end of the finished dish, you can pour our the remaining sauce (remember, we leaked it after baking), get even juicier! Despite the fact that usually the beef is pretty tough, this meat turns out tender and juicy, very tasty!
