Cooking
Prepare yeast dough for any recipe. Eggs cook. Peel and finely chop. Peel and chop the onion.
Chicken meat separated from the bones, chop well and season with salt and pepper.
Bones immediately start to boil the broth.
Divide the dough into two unequal parts, and left a small lump for the caps. A large part of the test roll out and put in a greased pan (I prefer cast-iron thick-walled).
Spread on the dough half of the chopped eggs.
Lay out the chicken pieces.
Put the rest of the eggs, onions. Cover with melted butter
Cover the second cake with the hole in the center. Edge stung.
Close the hole with a ball of dough. Give a time for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180˚With approximately 1 hour. Once belish brown, cover with foil.
To remove the cap and pour into the hole in the broth. Again close the lid and foil and bake another 40-60 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave for another 30 minutes to stew in the oven.
And finally, belish ready!
Serve in the pan by scoring the top crust in a circle and sector. Bon appetit!
