Carp I got 5 things. you can take a couple of big fish, but I love smaller ones because they taste more sweet and tender. the fish, of course, cleaning and gutting. RUB inside and out with seasoning for fish and salt. at this time, fry the onion and cut mushrooms. when the onion is ready, mix it with mushrooms and stuffed with fish. themselves carcass I wasn't stabbed, just gently laid on the foil, you can stab a toothpick, for example. on top of the fish put the remaining onions and mushrooms, salt, misted with lemon. all neatly wrapped in foil so the juice left inside, and sent in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
