Description

Cooking

step-0
Prepare the necessary products. Onions and garlic will be roasted in the husk, so well they will wash.
step-1
In warm water mix sugar and yeast, cover and leave in a warm place until the appearance of the foam cap ( 10-15 minutes)
step-2
In a separate bowl, mix two kinds of flour and salt.
step-3
Make dough, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
step-4
But in the meantime, prepare a filling. On foil, place unpeeled onion and garlic, sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, I wanted to add thyme. Foil wrap and put into the slow cooker about 15 minutes. The mode "Pastries" (at the bottom of the bowl I poured a little water). After baking, the foil will roll (the flavor will be extraordinary!) and allow to cool. You can cook the vegetables in the oven pan, but watch that the vegetables do not burn.
step-5
Baked onion and peel the garlic and finely chop. Coming up abenaim dough and roll out into the reservoir.
step-6
Spread it on your dough a garlic-onion mixture and wrap the dough in a roll, the bonding side, what would the stuffing fell out.
step-7
The roll will transfer to a form, make incisions with a sharp knife, if you wish, you can sprinkle the next bread flour ( I didn't), cover and leave in a warm place for proofing for 25-30 minutes. Oven included for razhgeva t 200 degrees.
step-8
Bake bread until it will turn brown, which took me 40 minutes. Before baking I oiled dough, but after baking greased with butter. Let cool and enjoy!!
