Branny bread, bacon, cheese and nuts
Bread with bran, bacon, cheese, nuts and marjoram. A great alternative to sandwiches for Breakfast, and just as a snack option bread. The last time I cook bread in the bread machine, but when I have free time, I always prefer to cook with my hands. Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Yeast

    14 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Bran

    20 g

  • Broth

    175 g

  • Walnuts

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Brisket

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Marjoram

    1 tsp

Dissolve the yeast in the warm vegetable stock and let stand in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. Then add sugar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, marjoram and stir.

Again cover with cling film and leave for another 30 minutes in a warm place for proofing. The dough should rise in 2 times. Optional sprinkle with bread flakes. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
