Chicken Yuzhanka
Well, I didn't know what to call this dish. In the original simple - chicken legs with olives, but it's boring. And the chicken turns out great: spicy, juicy, flavorful. And the sauce is simply divine! It's worth a try.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    5 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Green olives

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all the spices (fennel, coriander, ginger, pepper, salt)

RUB the chicken with spices (I removed the skin from the legs-not so bold, and divide the leg into two parts at the joint)

in a deep pan pour olive oil, fry the chicken on all sides

add thinly sliced onions

the olives and broth, stir, if necessary, it needs more salt, replace the lid and on small fire to simmer the chicken for approximately 30-35 minutes.
