Cooking
If no ready-made seasonings, make the meat on its own, i.e. add the onion, salt, pepper, herbs, spices, and who he loves.
Mix seasoning with water and minced
To roll sausages from minced meat, wrap each in a plate of bacon,
put in the form and in the oven for 20 minutes at 210*.
At the same time boil the potatoes round, we do something similar to tzatziki (as a condiment for potatoes): grated cucumber, dill, natural yoghurt or homogeneous cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
After 20 minutes, take out the finished sausages.
