Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    0.5 piece

  • Cabbage

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Coriander

On the bottom of the cauldron to pack meat alternately with onion and garlic. Pepper, salt and add spices.

All the vegetables are cut large. The next layer is put the pepper, then the tomatoes, lemon, zucchini, eggplant and potatoes.

On top of all to cover up a few leaves of cabbage to seal the contents of the cauldron. Close the cauldron.

Put on a high heat for approximately 5 -10 minutes . Then reduce temperature and leave for 2 hours. The cauldron is not open. After the time, spread the contents on a large platter, place the lamb on top. Juice remaining at the bottom of the pan, pour over the meals. Bon appetit!
