The Arabic tomato soup with beans
The recipe is dedicated to chef Aron-Space, inspiring and inviting to the wonderful world of herbs and spices. Found online and adapted to my Ukrainian taste. The soup is delicate, Oriental sweet and spicy.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    2 Tbsp

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.4 tsp

  • Spices

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Beans, soaked overnight in cold water, boil in a liter of water, leave it to cool. Tomatoes for a few seconds of pogruzit boiling water, remove, peel, chop into cubes. Onion finely chop, ginger RUB on a small grater.

Heat the oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom (all will be prepared in it, choose the size accordingly). Arrange the onion, cumin, cinnamon, stir fry on low heat until the sharp aroma of spices (about 5 minutes). Need to make sure that the spices started to burn!

Now, when the kitchen filled with the aromas of the East, add tomatoes and beans with the broth in which the cooked beans.

The broth should be about a litre, if it has boiled away, needed water. Imagine how wonderful it will be when you make swiadomosci ripe tomato. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to minimum, place the paprika, pepper, honey, salt.

Let gently cook for 7 minutes, the pieces of tomatoes should be felt. Add the greens and turn the heat off. Can be fed. Everything is simple and ordinary foods, and spices make this soup in a new dish with a silky texture and deep rich flavor. Bon appetit!
