Can be used instead of bread; combine well with soups.
Ingredients
Flour
1 cup
Water
0.5 cup
Salt
0.25 tsp
Cooking
In water, add 100 g (half a Cup) of flour, stir to form batter. Add salt.
In the resulting batter, pour the remaining flour, if necessary, add more. From the test roll out tortillas, fry on a dry pan until cooked (pohrustyvaniâ pellets).
