Tasty and tender pancake pie with Apple-banana filling for fans of pancakes, apples and bananas. Pancakes semolina plump, with a slight scent of yeast, combined with juicy sour-sweet filling is perfectly suited to the fragrant tea or coffee, to a leisurely conversation.

Cooking
Beat the yolks, add the warm milk, semolina, sifted flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Add to the dough butter (melted), butter and warm water, mix well and let the dough rise for 1.5 hours.
While the dough rises, prepare a filling of fruit. Apples peeled, cut into quarters, remove core, cut into slices. Bananas peel and cut.
