Spiral cookies
Quick and easy. The dough can be stored in the freezer and for the arrival of guests to bake tea biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    20 g

Margarine to grate, add the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, egg and sugar. Mix well. Knead the dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts, one add cocoa and again to knead well. Roll out the dough, put on top of each other and roll into a roll.

Roll wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then cut into portions and lay them on the floured baking sheet.

Bake the cookies at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
