Juicy stuffed vegetables - a tasty and unexpected (well, at least for me).. Why is it in French - I don't know, I was given this recipe under this name.

So, first of all separate the wheat from the chaff - well, in the sense serdtsevini - as usual - with a spoon. Cut the zucchini boat, but if they are quite large - sort of barrels.
On the bottom of the bulb puts a piece of onion so that the stuffing does not spill then
in the pan fry the onion (the same one that we got from the center), it dabavljaet the meat, then courgettes (also serdtsevini finely chopped) and tomatoes - I rubbed on a grater and leave them to get acquainted over medium heat for about 15 minutes...
Separately on a LARGE grater grate cheese, grind 2-3 cloves of garlic and a few sprigs of parsley.
Now mix our slightly cooled vegetable and minced meat with cheese-parsley mixture and add there 2 raw eggs... now you can stuff and duhovochku.. on high heat for 40-60 minutes.. (until Golden brown)
