Potatoes with mushrooms in a crispy chicken skin.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Fat

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare the skin of the chicken. Cut up the breast bone, carefully remove the skin, cutting where necessary. It took me 15 minutes. The wings do not touch - they represent ulet :D

Frozen mushrooms to defrost slightly, grind in a food processor along with chicken fat. Preheat the frying pan and fry the mixture. Finely grate onions, fry, add the mushrooms and sour cream, stew for a few minutes. Clean. To grate the potatoes, mix with onion-mushroom mixture, season with salt-pepper-seasonings and mix with a raw egg. In the skin to place the filling

Roll carefully and seal with toothpicks.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 °C for about 1.5 hours. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. Don't forget that it is necessary to remove the toothpicks. I divided it into 2 parts.
