Cooking
It's very simple, but tasty and healthy. Dough: mix egg and water and whisk. Add flour, pre-mixed oatmeal and rye, and stir with a whisk to avoid lumps. In the end, add the slaked soda, stir again. Ready.
Heat the frying pan and bake pancakes WITHOUT OIL on a hot dry pan first on one side for 1 minute
then on the other side for about a minute.
Ready spread on a plate and pour sour cream or your favorite sauce
