Mom made them for every holiday, and everyone was always happy, and recently I started to do them - all too much, especially my husband - my main criticism. Cooking
Forcemeat mix with finely chopped onions and lightly roast, cover it and stew for 10 minutes (fry in oil). Allow to cool. Spread the cooled stuffing into pre-cooked pancakes, with a layer of medium thickness (about 0.5 cm). Minced meat put in the middle of the pancake, closer to the edge of the meat do not use, as it will fall out.
Beat the egg with the flour (with a fork or with a mixer) until a homogeneous mass. Heat the pan with vegetable oil. Makem pancakes egg first in flour, then in the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Bake until Golden reddish brown.
Cut the pancakes in half, spread on a plate and decorate. Also very nice work, if you cut their rolls (about 4cm thick). Bon appetit!
