The dish was so good, that has taken root in our menu, and now I cook it periodically and enjoy.

Cooking
Boil the rice until soft in salted water and drain in a colander.
In mince add all the ingredients, you can also add chopped greens,
Knead well, return it and remove in a cool place for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop sticks carrots and onions. Zucchini cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and then crosswise into fat wedges.
Fry the onions until Golden brown.
Add the carrots and fry until soft.
