Stew of zucchini with meatballs
A dish that I first composed in the country, it was necessary to cook something hearty and not too heavy for my peasants-Rabotnicki could make its construction and Assembly deeds with ease and without hunger pangs. The dish was so good, that has taken root in our menu, and now I cook it periodically and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Tomato paste

  • Minced meat

  • Chicken egg

Cooking

Boil the rice until soft in salted water and drain in a colander.

In mince add all the ingredients, you can also add chopped greens,

Meanwhile, chop sticks carrots and onions. Zucchini cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and then crosswise into fat wedges.
