Cooking
Heat the cream in a saucepan with butter. In no case do not boil. Remove from the heat.
In the cream and butter add slices of dark chocolate, mix well until thick and glossy mass. Allow to cool at room temperature. Allow to completely cool in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
When the ganache is reminiscent of plastic clay, roll into uniform size balls. Optional candy glaze with melted chocolate or roll in cocoa powder or crushed nuts. Decoration at your discretion :)
