Pork baked with cabbage and apples
Juicy roasted pork neck for my favorite in honor of the holiday!

Ingredients

  • Pork neck

    900 g

  • Sauerkraut

    200 g

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Adjika

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Celery root

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

This is the basic set of products.

Meat to be cut into pieces without cutting through. On all sides it is good to grease 2 tbsp. sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". Can be slightly prisolit.

For marinade, celery root to grate on a coarse grater and mix it with chopped garlic, hot sauce, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, cognac and 1 tbsp sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman".

Resulting mixture to RUB the meat and leave to marinate for 2 - 4 hours.

Sauerkraut slightly put out and to stuff it every incision. Cover it with the Apple slice. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven. I have the meat cooked for 75 minutes at t 220 degrees.

At the end of cooking foil to expand and give the meat to brown.

You're done! The meat was very juicy, tender and flavorful. The original marinade and the filling made it really worthy of celebration!
