The dough for the pasta, ravioli and dumplings
Love homemade pasta, dumplings, and all others like them, but I remember the process of making the dough... and not the process itself, and how then cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes. I want to share with you the recipe of fast preparation of the test, which was borrowed from the cook of Rum, the products of which can be frozen and then quickly cook delicious and all meals. At least prepare them for the future, you will spend only a few hours of your time + only once will wash and clean your kitchen.


  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    5 Tbsp


To prepare the dough we will need a powerful blender with a glass. Egg mix with water, pour half of the mixture in the bowl of a blender, add the flour, and on top pour the remaining egg mixture.
Pulsating clicks on the button of the blender for 1-2 minutes, knead the dough. It will gather the ball.
Put the dough on a Board, knead it with your hands until smooth (2-3 minutes) and roll into a ball.
Cover the bowl and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Cut from a piece of a small piece of dough, lightly sprinkle Board with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin on the Board, turning the dough and turning different corners. The dough is very manageable and easily rolled. If you have a machine for rolling and cutting pasta, then the process will speed up by 2-3 times!
The dough sprinkle with flour and wipe the top with his hand to keep the flour as if soaked well and used to sprinkle it on the dough - this is to ensure that the dough when cutting don't stick together. Twist roll and thinly slice the noodles and loosen her arms, so that the noodles expanded. To freeze place the noodles in a plastic container with a lid, which are painted snowflake. Store in the freezer for 30 days; use for cooking, not defrosting.
My favorite dish of home-made noodles - mushroom soup that is ready in 30 minutes. In a saucepan fry the onions and carrots, add the mushrooms and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Pour the hot vegetable stock and when boiling, add the noodles, give again to boil and remove from heat.
I love to cook from this dough paste the "Silk handkerchiefs". The rolled out dough with a thickness of 2 mm cut into squares of 5 cm side and Freeze on a tray, then place in container with lid, each layer to shift baking paper. Store in freezer for up to 30 days.
Boil, not defrosting, in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes and cast in a colander, season with pesto sauce. Serve with heavily toasted bacon. Prepared 10-15 minutes and it's delicious.
Dumplings and ravioli to freeze on a tray and then put into food packs. Try to prepack in each pack exactly what you need to cook immediately and simmer, without defrosting!
