Potato and cheese croquettes
After cooking a dish called "Potatoes stuffed with quail eggs", I still have unused potatoes boiled in "uniform". So it is not stale))), I decided to prepare a wonderful side dish. I'm sure that many cook these croquettes, but among us are also beginners in the kitchen, which I think this recipe will be very helpful. Fried potato "fingers", with melted cheese inside, dressed with aromatic spices, what could be tastier on the side?

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

The process of making the dough I did not photograph, as it is not thought initially to put the recipe. But it's so easy! I think that everything will be fine. So, my potatoes and boil in "uniform" until cooked. Give a little cool and clean. With a pestle grind the potatoes into a puree, add grated on a fine grater cheese, egg, salt, pepper, add some nutmeg. Hands knead the dough. It is soft, malleable made for modeling:-) From potato dough sculpt sticks. That is what they are.
