Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    200 g

  • Millet

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Adjika

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Millet of TM MISTRAL boil until tender.

The stuffing mix with the millet, add dry seasoning (a seasoning), chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Formed into patties, in the middle put a piece of cheese.

Roll patties in breadcrumbs.

Fry the patties in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
