Cod in carrot coat
Many already know that cod is one of my favorite fish. This time I want to introduce one of the variants of its preparation. You enjoy, go)))Very simple. The cooking time is indicated without time marinating fish.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper lemon

    0.5 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

For the marinade mix all the ingredients.

Coat fillets. Collapse rolls and pour the remaining marinade. Leave for 30 minutes minimum

Scrape the carrots and cut into strips with a vegetable peeler.
