Duck with ginger and onion marinade
Heat is heat, and the kids demand food!!! Simple, fragrant and delicious dish of duck without much problems... help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 slice

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Syrup fruit

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

The duck wash and dry. To put in a sleeve for baking. In the bowl of a blender put peeled and cut into small pieces the onion and the ginger root, add the mustard and honey or syrup (I have carrot syrup with soy sauce). Grind into a puree.

Add salt to taste. Mix well.

Smear the duck inside and outside the resulting puree and close the bag with the special clips. To include heating up the oven to 200*.

Send the pan with the duck into the preheated oven for 60-80 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!! Through 60 minutes, carefully cut off the top of the sleeves and let the duck brown. Or just bake all 80 minutes in the sleeve.

Get duck. Place on a dish to feed or spread immediately on the plates. Bon appetit!!!
