Description
Tender fish cakes with horseradish and grill seasoning Forester, stuffed with mozzarella. These cutlets can be fried in a regular pan, but you can bake in the oven. But roasted on the coals they are much more interesting taste and appearance.

Cooking
Cod fillet mince together with onion. In the beef add the horseradish grill seasoning Forester, salt and black pepper. Mix everything. Beef will get 1 hour in the refrigerator. If during this time stood out a lot of liquid, drain it, and mince stir again.
Form meatballs, "sealed" inside each slice of mozzarella.
Put the patties on the preheated grill, after brushing them with a small amount of vegetable oil. My cakes turned out quite puffy, so while cooking I covered them with foil.
Fry cutlets from both sides until cooked and Golden brown.
Serve patties-grill to the table hot, sprinkled with a dash of lemon juice.
