The Chicken
Today we will cook a simple and interesting chicken "Fingers". They will help you complement any festive table. Also, they can be prepared for a pleasant picnic in the countryside.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Walnuts

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Bread crumbs

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    250 ml

  • Butter

    10 g

Cooking

Puree them with a blender nuts, 3-4 pinches of breadcrumbs, onion, cheese and egg (egg can be added directly to minced – optional). All mix well.

Add the mixture to the meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. All mix well.

Cover the container with meat cover and put in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the tray and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. So it will be faster and easier to roll breaded little patties.

After 15-20 minutes take out of the refrigerator a container of meat. Slightly grease hands with vegetable oil and begin to build our cakes.

In some cakes I, for experiment, put little strips of cheese. But this is not required, since the meat is already shredded cheese, which will give a more succulent pork chops.

Put the saucepan on the stove and pour into it a layer of vegetable oil 6-7 cm tall.

Coat all cutlets in breadcrumbs.

Add small piece of butter is necessary to obtain the browned our pork chops.

Fry a few pieces in hot oil about 3 minutes.

Take out the patties on a plate with a spoon or ladle with holes.
