Jelly and yoghurt cake

Ingredients

  • Sourdough

    1 pack

  • Water

    850 ml

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Cookies

    50 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Candied

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    30 g

  • Mint

First I cook the yogurt. It is very simple, using dry mixes for making yogurt "DryYogurt" and I use the thermos from "OURSSON". For making yogurt using pure water at room temperature and package prepared dry mix.

In a clean dry jar, pour dry mixture for making yogurt.

Add half of the prepared pure water. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Then add the remaining water prepared. Again mix well. Close the jar lid. In yogurt maker - thermos pour hot water to the desired level. Put the jar with the prepared mixture into the yogurt maker thermos. Leave for 6-10 hours. I have prepared 7 hours. (do not stand tasters)))

Ready yogurt put in the fridge for 4 hours.

Prepare products for jelly cakes.

Gelatin pour into a Cup and fill with cold milk. Leave for 15-20 minutes.

Swollen gelatin, 20 minutes later.

A Cup with swollen gelatin heated ( I did this in the microwave, 1 min. to full power ).

Clean and cut into cubes a banana.

In a deep Cup put dried fruits, small cookies, sliced banana.

Add a chocolate yogurt and the warmed gelatin-milk mixture.

Mix well.

Spread the prepared mixture into a silicone muffin tin. I got 4 tins. Put in the fridge for 4 hours.

Ready cakes in 4 hours.

Spread the brownies on a plate, decorate with melted chocolate and mint.
