Sour cream cake with walnuts
Unusually delicious cupcake. Ground walnut gives the extraordinary taste. The cake turns out fluffy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Nuts

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Sift the flour.

Mix the flour, baking soda, powdered sugar.

Add sour cream and eggs. Mix until smooth.

The nuts can be dried in an oven or pan. Grind, but not much, so that left and large pieces.

Add to batter, mix well.

Put into molds for muffins or bake a cake, but the baking time increases to 40 minutes.

Muffins bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, they should become Golden brown.
