Among the many variants of a casserole with cauliflower, I never got "the one" and I decided to experiment a bit, taking note of a few different recipes to cook something.

Cooking
And so here is our ingredients. The stuffing I made myself in blender, with meat grinder no.
Onions and carrots grind and fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown.
Cauliflower boil in boiling water for 5-10 minutes to Cool, break it into florets. If necessary, drain off excess liquid.
To connect potatoes, stuffing, cauliflower, fried, salt and spices (to taste). Mix thoroughly.

Bake until Golden brown, sprinkle cheese and herbs.
