Gratin of cauliflower with meat and potatoes
Among the many variants of a casserole with cauliflower, I never got "the one" and I decided to experiment a bit, taking note of a few different recipes to cook something.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Potatoes cut into cubes

Onions and carrots grind and fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown.

Cauliflower boil in boiling water for 5-10 minutes to Cool, break it into florets. If necessary, drain off excess liquid.

To connect potatoes, stuffing, cauliflower, fried, salt and spices (to taste). Mix thoroughly.

Cream combine with eggs and beat well.

Fill our the casserole with a mixture of cream and eggs. Sent in a pre heated oven (180-200C) for 50-60 min.

Bake until Golden brown, sprinkle cheese and herbs.
