Cooking
Quail is good to wash and clean the intestines.
The orange cut into small pieces, garlic to peel and chop them, wash the thyme.
Inside quail put 2-3 slice of orange, 2-3 pieces of garlic and a sprig of thyme.
Put the quail in a baking dish. The remaining orange, garlic and thyme lay around.
Pour orange and cranberry juices and soy sauce.
Cover with foil and put in preheated to 175С (350F) oven for 1 hour. Then remove the foil, turn the oven mode to grill and increase temperature to 230C ( 450F) and cook for about 10 minutes until a beautiful Golden brown.
Serve with any side dish.
