There are various options for cooking meat in Thai. I want to offer one of the most simple, but very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Curry

  • Vegetable oil

It is best to use fresh pulp. Clean meat from fat and films, cut into small pieces.

Put the pieces of meat in a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry a little, then reduce the heat and leave to stew on low fire 10 minutes.

Then pour the meat, the milk, reduce the heat and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Then add, cut into strips, bell pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.

Meat pour soy sauce, add curry. At wish, you can salt. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes. The dish is ready!
