Cooking
Breast, cut into portions.
To connect with chopped celery, cover with the broth (I had chicken broth for soup)
Boil the meat and celery in chicken broth in the microwave at maximum power for 5 minutes
Remove from the microwave, add canned fruits with no juice (I have apples-candied)still very tasty with pineapple and cherry!
Add curry, pepper and soy sauce"Kikkoman". Again, put in the microwave for 5 minutes
Meanwhile, dissolve the starch in cold water, stir well until dissolved. Pour the starch to the meat, add the cream and cook for another 2 minutes in the microwave on full power.
Remove from microwave and season with salt and spices (if needed) spices to taste.
Very well with a side dish of rice. Help yourself to health!
