Cooking
Divide cauliflower into small florets. Boil until tender in salted water. Drain in a colander to drain and cool.
Oat flakes pour boiling water, stir and cover with a plate to steam them. Leave for 10 minutes. Grate fine cheese.
Cottage cheese in a bowl, mash, add a tablespoon of sour cream and half of grated cheese, steamed oat flakes, salt to taste and egg. Add favorite spices. I have Basil, but here on the fan)Once for the color to sprinkle turmeric. All carefully stir about three minutes with a spoon.
Form for baking grease with oil, put on the bottom part of the curd mass.
Put the boiled cauliflower buds.
On top lay the remaining cheese. In sour cream, pour a pinch of turmeric and remaining grated cheese. Stir and spread on cottage cheese. To put in heated to 180 degrees oven. I put in 30 minutes under foil, then remove foil and bake until hardening of the layer of sour cream and appearance lightly browned.
Take out. Let cool slightly, cut into portions... and eat)))the pudding when warm, so soft, melts in your mouth... like a souffle...
