Tender cottage cheese casserole with cauliflower
I have a lot of baked casseroles cheese but soft consistency never achieved)is like a delicate souffle!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Cauliflower

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Seasoning

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    175 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sour cream

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Turmeric

    1 pinch

Cooking

Divide cauliflower into small florets. Boil until tender in salted water. Drain in a colander to drain and cool.

Oat flakes pour boiling water, stir and cover with a plate to steam them. Leave for 10 minutes. Grate fine cheese.
