I admit I didn't expect such a remarkable result – the meat turned out incredibly tender and juicy! Beer lose its alcohol content when cooking, and the result is flavorful chicken with a mild flavor.

Cooking
Chicken legs cut in half and fry in vegetable oil. Pour beer and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.
I used soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Spread vegetables over chicken and
simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Zucchini, mushrooms and peppers should be slightly crackled.
Turn off the heat. Salt. Pepper. Add the garlic. Let stand 10 minutes.
