Meat rolls
Rouladen (Rouladen). This recipe shared with me a German friend. I've tweaked the traditional recipe, based on the preferences of all family members. So, I want to share a great dish with you!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1.5 kg

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    1 pack

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sauce

    2 pack

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Allspice

    1 pinch

  • Marjoram

    1 pinch
