Pork with vegetables in tomato juice
A fairly simple and homely recipe, but at the same time cozy and delicious. Cook often, just from different meat and vegetables put those that grow at the moment in the garden, seasonal. Perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Green peas

  • Tomato juice

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Cut the meat into medium dice. Season with salt and pepper, add spices and olive oil - 1 tbsp Stir and leave for 5-10 minutes.

The rest of the oil to warm up in a frying pan and send the meat to fry. Over medium heat, cook until Golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare vegetables, wash and clean.

Cut carrots, onion and garlic rings, send to the meat, reduce heat and simmer under the lid for 10-15 minutes.

Then pour the fresh juice from the tomatoes and close the lid. Simmer until meat and vegetables are tender.

When all is ready, add the young peas, chopped greens, sprinkle with salt if need, a few minutes simmer and turn off heat.
