Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    450 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Brew

    0.5 l

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Len

    3 Tbsp

The brew heated to about 35-40 degrees

In the dishes where you will knead the dough, add the yeast and salt.

Pour the yeast and 1 tablespoon of oil. stir to dissolve yeast.

Add both kinds of flour, bran, flax seeds. Grease your hands with oil and knead the dough. It will be sticky. Don't get scared. Roll it into a bun, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Thanks to the brew and the yeast, the dough rose very well.

Again knead the dough. Divide into two equal parts and fold it into shape. Hands press across the surface of the mold. Cover with a towel again and leave for proofing for another 30 minutes.

Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven, for 50 minutes.
