Pepper with cheese on the grill
The peppers are grilled with a very tasty stuffing is a great side dish to barbecue. Your guests will be pleasantly surprised, opening so the bag with hot vegetables and cheese, scented with smoke – unusual and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Red onion

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Ingredients.

1. Finely chop the onion and zucchini. Cherry tomatoes and black olives cut in half. Finely chop Basil, cheese cut into cubes. Peppers cut in half if medium, or into three pieces if large.

2. Mix all the ingredients except the peppers, drizzle with olive oil and, if desired, lemon juice. Add soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper and stir.

3. Put the resulting salad in the cut "boats" out of the pepper and wrap them in foil.

4. Spread on hot bars.

5. Bake over medium-hot coals for 10-15 minutes.
