Good afternoon everyone! Today I would like to share a recipe for a wonderful salad, which my mother taught me my young man. Once again, this salad is great as a side dish to grilled meat! Make it possible for a few hours and leave in the fridge, the taste will only get better. Well, let's get to cooking? :) Here are all the products that we need.
Boil potatoes in their skins. This can be done even in advance, for example, in the evening to boil, and in the morning to use. It is important to let the potatoes thoroughly cool and then peel and cut into small pieces.
Radishes a good wash. Chopped. How much can You take radish - just depends on how much You love it :) I have added about 7 Grand.
Cucumbers cut into circles (if small) or, depending on their size, into small pieces. How much - again a matter of taste.
Cut onion finely. Instead of red you can, of course, take the normal bow. But, in my opinion, red is tastier and more colorful, or something:)
Make the dressing. For this mix the mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt, salt, pepper, sugar and... a little cucumber pickle! If you don't like the taste, you can not add:) But, in my opinion, it gives this salad a special taste. Mix all ingredients with the dressing, I would advise to add more green onions, I, unfortunately, was not : ( this is what happened.
