Cottage cheese coffee cake
This dessert can be drunk as a smoothie or eaten with a spoon – it all depends on taste and amount of added non-liquid ingredients. Get a taste with a light coffee bitterness. If you are not satisfied with it, when making coffee, add sugar. If you, on the contrary, like bitter coffee, instead of milk chocolate, use bitter.

Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    150 ml

  • Ice cream

    50 g

  • Curd

    125 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Nuts

  • Raisins

Coffee, ice cream and cottage cheese mix thoroughly in a blender.

Chocolate RUB on a grater, pour half in the resulting coffee and the cheese mixture and stir again blender. Then add the steamed raisins, chopped nuts, mix all with a spoon. Pour the cocktail into the glass. On top sprinkle the remaining grated chocolate.
